As of yesterday, Isabella is 2 months old. Time has gone so fast. She smiles, coos, follows faces, focuses on things and is starting to giggle. I look at her after not seeing her for a few hours, and I feel like she has grown SO much! She loves "peek-a-boo" and being talked to. She is so cute. Saturday we had a great opportunity. We got to have a family get together. Most of the Woodall side of the family and a few of the Holmes side were there. I got pictures of some of the great grandkids holding Isabella. It was precious. It was also great to see everyone and let them meet her. It really made me miss being around the family like that. They are so supportive no matter what is going on. They love on your baby like no one else does. And when you walk in a room holding the baby, they say hello to you before the baby. When one of your family members is holding her and she cries, you give it a few minutes before running because you know she is in good hands. Basically, I miss being around family. This visit has been great for Byron and I. We have began to remember the importance of family and friends in our lives and the life of Isabella. Thank you to everyone who has made this visit awesome!
